The COC, Two Citywide tournaments, Top Gun, Top Gal and the Annual Top Gun tournament are all right around the corner. Yikes! Most teams are done or almost done. I never realized how simple our playoff system was until I started watching the Hawks. Damn, that's long! As the Hawks go to the Stanley, we'll go to work too... to get our winners to Vegas.
Many teams take the summer off, but many still want to play, so if your team is sitting out and you want to still play, let me know and I'll find you a spot.
A new team may be just want you're looking for. Many summer teams need spares as their regulars take the summer off. It's also the best time to put a team together, to try to qualify for next June's Citywide. If you haven't reserved yet, Sue or Marci will be calling so you're not left out, so call or email me to save them the trouble. All divisions start right after the Finals (next week for many)
New schedules are popping up so check for the right session when checking where to play. Also, division # will change for Summer, so use the Bar locator.
Remember to RSVP if you can't make it to your upcoming event.
I hope you had a good session, made a friend, and enjoyed yourself.
